Established in 2014, we are an education consultancy based in Birmingham, UK. We strongly believe that an UK education offers a rich and fulfilling curriculum both academically and outside the classroom. We are very experienced in providing professional and tailor-made advisory services to help overseas students and families gain insight about UK education, find the right schools and courses and provide guidance on settling in the UK. We want young people to unlock their full potential and achieve fulfilling goals for the future.
Ning Chang
Cofounder｜Managing director
Ning has been working in international business for more than 20 years before funding the educational consulting business in 2014. Upon completing a MBA at the University of South Carolina, he has been working as a senior executive in aviation companies such as Lufthansa, Jet Aviation, Rolls-Royce and Siemens in Singapore, China and England.
He has been invited as a guest speaker in global business and career management by Coventry University, Norwich Study Centre and several universities in China. His cross-cultural experience and broad understanding of different education systems has earned him recognition from a wide range of top schools and universities.
He currently lives in the UK with his family and has been providing education related services to students, schools and universities. He has been instrumental in helping UK schools and universities forge close ties in China, and has helped many students to get into top universities in the UK including Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, LSE and Imperial College.
Peter Goddard
Consultant
Peter attended Bristol University and St Pauls College in Cheltenham. He been involved with Norwich School which is a top 50 independent school in the UK for 35 years in various roles as a Housemaster, Head of Geography, Under and Senior Master, Assistant Head, Director of Development and Director of International Admissions and Manager of the SWIRE Mandarin Centre, Norwich. He has been invited as a guest speaker in global business and career management by Coventry University, Norwich Study Centre and several universities in China. His cross-cultural experience and broad understanding of different education systems has earned him recognition from a wide range of top schools and universities.
He has been responsible for the international students’ recruitment and the long-term development. He has also been assisting dozens of students with their university applications including at master level, with some of the students progressing to Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial etc. He has been providing invaluable support to all aspect of international students in their study in the UK and is extremely knowledge about the education system. Besides being a tutor, he is regarded as a trusted friend by many students.
Emily Lucas
Consultant
Emily graduated from the University of Birmingham and later obtained her Master of Science from Queen Mary University. She started her career as a Biology teacher and has been the University Support Officer in an independent school for a number of years. In this role, she supports students with their university applications to the UK and abroad, including doing research on the most suitable courses and universities, support with UCAS application forms, preparation for university admissions tests, guidance with personal statement writing and preparation for interviews.
She also conducts research into admissions patterns and liaises with admissions officers at UK universities to gain an insight into what makes applications competitive and gives students the best chance of success. She has written several books published by Trotman, including ‘Getting Into Medical School’ and ‘Getting Into Law’.
Wenhong Li
COFOUNDER
Wenhong is the cofounder of the company and is involved with student pastoral care and guardianship. She always prioritises student wellbeing and is well-liked by the students. She is available for students and parents to discuss any concerns and provide advice and support.
Wenhong graduated from Portsmouth University with a degree in Accountancy.
