Students aged below 18 from overseas are required to have an educational guardian whilst studying in the UK. The guardian is an adult who is responsible for the welfare of the child. The guardian also has the following roles:
Being the bridge of communication between the schools and the parents
Provide guidance to students on how to adopt their lives here
Arrange host family accommodation for students during their half term and other holidays
Arrange transportation services for students
Attend parents’ meetings, visiting students in schools regularly
Translate termly school reports for students
Coordinate with families for fee payment to schools
Provide assistance and advice to families in urgent situations
Eduexcellence offers guardianship services which emphasise student wellbeing and ensure students are cared for whilst studying abroad. Our guardians are all DBS checked.
